Who We're Looking For

Operators, recruiters, contract administrators, and team leaders who keep service reliable.

If you've worked in paratransit dispatch, provider networks, contracts, reservations, or frontline operations leadership, one of these Phoenix openings may fit your experience.

Dispatch, call center, reservations, or transportation operations experience

Knowledge of ADA Paratransit, RideChoice, or demand-response service standards

Provider recruitment, contract administration, or vendor performance management experience

Frontline team leadership, coaching, KPI review, or escalation support experience

Comfort working in RideCo or similar transportation operations tools

Clear communication, strong follow-through, and calm judgment in fast-moving operations

Customer Service Representative - English and Spanish Speaking

Trip reservations, passenger records, and rider support

  • Answer passenger calls and collect trip details.
  • Schedule, change, or cancel trips in the paratransit system.
  • Communicate cancellations and passenger issues to operations staff.

Paratransit Dispatcher

Daily ride schedules, provider coordination, and route performance

  • Monitor daily ride schedules and route progress.
  • Track driver sign-in/sign-out times and route completion.
  • Support ADA Paratransit and RideChoice service standards.

Provider Recruiter/Contracts Administrator

RideChoice and ADA Paratransit provider recruitment and contracts

  • Recruit RideChoice and ADA Paratransit overflow providers.
  • Monitor provider performance trends and service capacity.
  • Negotiate contract terms and help resolve provider issues.

Call Center/Reservation Supervisor

Call center and dispatcher team leadership

  • Lead call center and dispatch team members.
  • Support escalated customer calls and daily coverage.
  • Use RideCo, SOPs, and performance metrics to improve service.
