Who We're Looking For

Dispatchers and customer service representatives who keep service reliable.

If you've worked in paratransit dispatch, call center, reservations, or customer service, one of these Phoenix openings may fit your experience.

Dispatch, call center, reservations, or transportation operations experience

Knowledge of ADA Paratransit, RideChoice, or demand-response service standards

Comfort working in RideCo or similar transportation operations tools

Clear communication, strong follow-through, and calm judgment in fast-moving operations
